About the event

The Board of Directors of Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited (VEIL) cordially invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) followed by presentations on the Vietnamese economy and the Fund.

The AGM will be conducted by VEIL’s Chair, Sarah Arkle. Following the formal proceedings, a presentation on the current economic developments in Vietnam will be delivered by Dominic Scriven, Chair of Dragon Capital Group. This will be followed by an update on the VEIL’s latest developments and the outlook for the stock market presented by Tuan Le, VEIL’s Lead Portfolio Manager. There will be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have, after which we look forward to you joining us for a Vietnamese Buffet lunch at 1:15pm.

VEIL continues to focus on the strength of Vietnam’s domestic growth, government reforms, and long-term investment potential.

This year’s AGM includes a vote on the Trust’s continuation. With Vietnam’s strong outlook, the Board sees clear opportunity ahead and recommends our shareholders vote against discontinuation. We encourage all shareholders to participate and have their say in this important decision.
